Hi have had my computer for a little over a month now, bought it brand new. Recently I went used the storage sense thing in setting to clear up space and now after I restarted my computer its stuck on a red screen saying "getting windows ready dont turn off your computer". How do I get past this as my computer was just fine before I used that storage sense to clear up space.

Welcome to HP Forums,
This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.
Restart the PC
Then, click on this link: https://support.hp.com/si-en/document/c02693833 and perform a BIOS recovery.
Try Booting the PC in safe mode using this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03439317
if safe mode is working, removing the 3rd party software and restart the PC
If the issue persists, perform a reset on the computer using this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04742289
Keep me posted, how it goes!
