HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-b013a (Touch)

Just recently my computer died and I wasn't able to re-start it.  Somewhere on the HP website I managed to find instructions on how to get it going again, but can't find the same instructions again.  I think it was something like holding the power button for a couple of seconds and then holding the windows button for three seconds and then the screen would turn blue and I was able to navigate it to start again.  Nothing working for me now, and can't remember if I am using the correct keys or not.

**try the following first

Unplug system and press power switch for 3-4 seconds

plug back in and press power on for 30 seconds.

If it does not turn on then hold down for another 30 seconds.
