The exact same thing is happening to me. Except I experience the problem when I’m working in Photoshop. 

 

I’ve contacted HP support a couple of times now and we’ve tried everything from updating/reinstalling drivers to restoring to factory settings, and it’s still happening. 

 

Very frustrating.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
