Computer locked up and and when it rebooted it asked for Bitlocker Recovery Key

Hello

 

You should have backed up the BitLocker recovery key if you have W11 Pro. HP usually ships W11 Home. BitLocker should not be available using W11 Home.

 

This forum does not help with password issues.
