HP omni 120-1333w All in One

IMG_20200428_133054[1].jpgHello Community,

I just purchased an Omni 120-1333w from a pawn shop, I got it for cheap because there is no OS installed, I have tried to install Either Windows 8.1 and Windows 10, I have them on a DVD Disc which i burned myself they are ISO files, I have also tried using a USB using the Microsoft creation tool. When i change the boot options to either USB or CD drive I always get the same error message: Windows could not load requested file WinSetup.dll. The file may be corrupt. to install Windows, restart the installation.  Error 0xC1, can someone help? thank you in advance.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. I would suggest performing system factory reset will put the computer back to the original factory settings in this way all corrupted and outdated software will be removed.

The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
