Previously using computer and working fine. Pressed restart and update. Waited a little and said update complete, screen then turned black. Pressed the power button, held it down, unplugged charger, and nothing is working. Computer was fully charged and update took maybe 20 minutes.

Hi @Djkzk16,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
"I understand that after the recent Windows update, you're having trouble accessing your PC, even though it's fully charged. That sounds frustrating. Let’s go through some steps to troubleshoot this and get your PC up and running again!"
"Please try performing a BIOS restore on your PC while keeping it plugged in. This can often help resolve the issue. Give it a try, and let me know how it goes!"
BIOS Restore:
1) Shutdown the computer, keep the charger plugged
2) Hold down the Windows and B button together while the computer is still turned off.
3) Turn on the computer and continue to hold the Windows and B button until a BIOS Recovery screen appears.
4) Follow on-screen instructions and click on OK
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
