Product: HP Pro 3420 AIO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
when I plug in the computer, it powers on automatically. There is no screen or sound or flashes to indicate error. I replaced the BIOS battery and the memory, the computer then doesn’t power on. I noticed that LED1 next to the ram is red and steady. Still there is no screen , sounds, or error messages. Is there any way to understand what’s going on with this computer?
