Product: OMEN 30L Desktop - GT13-0024

Hello,

I purchased an HP OMEN 30L two years ago and it has performed pretty decently up until today. The computer randomly shuts off mid-task/mid-gameplay and powers into sleep mode I am assuming because the tower stays on and the fans are continuing to run but the monitors turns black. I ran tests on all software and hardware...everything passed tests (implying no issues). All drivers and BIOS are up to date and am updated to windows 11. I am so beyond confused if anybody has an idea of what could be happening please help, thank you.
