I had someone else respond to this and I thought the issue had been fixed so I marked it as fixed but now it's happening again. I was told I would have to do a proper process in order to fix it permanently and was offered a direct message to tell me how to do it so I agreed, but the direct message just told me to get on call with HP support which I have already tried. I would just like to be walk through the steps as to how to fix the issue permanently, as it's rather annoying and I want it to be fixed before the warranty expires
