Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop PC TG01-1000a (2W847AV)

I factory reseted my computer today. I left the computer and when I came back it’s stuck in a loop between a black screen with a HP logo and a loading bar and then a blue screen appears and says “Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We’ll restart it for you”  and so it goes in a loop back and forth. What do I do?

The only suggestion I can offer would be to make a bootable USB W11 installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below (2nd option).

 

Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)

 

Boot from the USB installer, install W11 and after the installation has completed, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
