Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello when I was updating my computer the computer turned off and when I turned it on it said it had an error and recovery screen. I tried everything to fix it but I could not get it to be fixed. So if you could help me I would be extremely thankful.

HP Recommended

On the recovery screen, select:
Advanced options → Troubleshoot → Advanced options then find and perform system restore point dated before this happens. If done successfully, then first backup your important data.
