Thank you so much for your detailed reply and for the kind words, I truly appreciate your patience and effort in trying out all the steps.

 

Regarding your questions, it’s best not to disable or delete all services, as that can cause important system functions or applications to stop working correctly. The “Clean Boot” process only temporarily disables non-Microsoft services to help identify the cause of slow startup, it doesn’t delete anything. You can safely re-enable them afterward.

 

I genuinely appreciate your persistence and the positive attitude you’ve maintained while troubleshooting, it really makes a difference!
