Only thing monitor will display is check HDMI IN cable but this is a wireless ALL-IN-ONE computer

@Kimbra1, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Perform a hard reset

  1. Turn off the computer.

  2. Disconnect all peripheral devices and remove all USB devices and media cards.

  3. Disconnect the AC power adapter.

  4. Press and hold the power button for at least 15 seconds.

  5. Reconnect the AC power adapter.

  6. Turn on the computer.

Check if you can hear the fan sound or any beep codes/lights.

 

Reset the BIOS

 

You can perform these steps even if the computer screen or monitor is blank.

  1. Turn on the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key for eight seconds.

  2. Press the Down arrow three times.

  3. Press the Enter key two times.

  4. The computer restarts. Check if the issue is resolved.
