Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have a HP PAVILION ALL-IN-ONE I PLUGGED IT INTO THE POWER OUTLET AND THE CORD INTO THE BACK OF THE COMPUTER THE LIGHT ON THE BACK IS ON BUT THE COMPUTER WILL NOT POWER ON PLEASE HELP

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.
(1) Disconnect cord from power outlet
(2) Press and hold <power> button for 30 seconds
(3) Connect cord to power outlet
(4) Power on HP Pavilion
(5) Please report your results
