HP Recommended

I had not used my HP PC in quite some time (3 months- turned off). It started up and I needed to print a document in my e-mail.  The Webroot Security came up and I Xed it out.  All of a sudden while printing the computer cut off.  The AC adapter was not lighting up and I used my Husbands AC adapter and it still wouldn’t light up in the back or turn on.  I tried unplugging and pressing 15 seconds etc.  What should I do?
