Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Pavilion TP01-1016 will not turn on.  Before stopping completely, the on button would go on for a quick moment and then go back out.  Now there is no sign of power on at all.  Any hints on what to do next?  Thanks.

Hi @RG8962,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

I understand that you are having issues with no power.

If your laptop or PC won’t power on, a faulty power supply, failed hardware, or a malfunctioning screen could be to blame. If your device won’t boot into Windows, you may have a hardware problem.

If your PC powers on, try these diagnostics. Click here

If this does not help, I recommend you contact phone support.

Keep me posted for further assistance.
