HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-0685no

Yesterday, my computer wanted to start an update while shutting down, with an estimated time of 4 minutes to completion. Thinking nothing of it, I set it to update and prepared myself for bed. When 30 minutes had passed, and the screen had turned off, but the fans were still spinning, and the LEDs inside the computer itself were still on, but the lights on both mouse and keyboard were fluctuating from on to off, I turned if off by holding down the power key and went to bed. Today, I attempted to turn on the PC, to no avail. The same issue persists, where the computer will display on the moniter, will not connect to neither mouse nor keyboard, but the fans and onboard LEDs still activate. I have attempted to clean the PC, but besides that I have no idea what to actually do.
