Product: HP All-in-One - 24-e082cy
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I had gotten a HP all in one from my grandmother and it was working fine until I downloaded a program and restarted the computer. after it restarted it immediately brought me to the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI. I did all the tests (Short and extensive) All passed. It never booted up again. I've tried to boot windows 10  media from a USB but it loops to the windows setup screen and never installs. I've tried everything I can think of, I've tried other suggestions all to no avail. If someone can suggest anything I will greatly appreciate it!

What is the NEW program, did you know it before just download and install ?
