Hello, I'm having issues with my HP Pavillion 550-a137c, running Windows 10.
When I attempt to boot it up, it does nothing more than cycle that little circle at the bottom and won't boot into Windows 10. I homeschool, and I have no clue how to fix this. I appreciate the help.

@BR500175 -- a few thoughts:
1. Windows Update applied some security-updates, which required a restart, in order to finish installing the updates -- this may take a longer-than-normal number of seconds to start up. So, have some patience.
2. the disk-drive may be starting to fail -- taking 10 to 100 times as long as "normal" to load Windows from the disk-drive. Restart your HP computer, and immediately start tapping the "ESC" key, until you see a menu that lets you run the HP Hardware Diagnostics. Launch it, and choose to run the test targeting your disk-drive.
3. If you purchased the computer within the last 12 months, the HP Warranty still is valid. Contact HP Support, to make a claim against the warranty. HP will repair/replace the computer, at their expense.

What we forget to tell you here is that if you send the computer for repair, you risk, if not already the case, losing all your personal data.
This happened not long ago to another user.
So, see if possible try to recover personal data before, if you don't already have backups
You can try several things in order to try to recover your data,
You can try a bootable cd / dvd type live cd (linux)

you can try removing the hard drive, in order to connect it to another computer internally, or with a usb adapter!
