HP All-in-One - 22-c0063w

Hello community my HD computer all in one when I turn it on it beats in a black screen display in Eire call Pump Up tell him he is going to ship back down again how can it be fixed

I see that you are getting a black screen on your HP All-In-One - 22-C0063w. Do not worry, we are here to help you with it. 

 

May I know if you made any recent hardware or software changes to your system?

Are you able to boot into Windows?

May I know when exactly do you get the black screen? Is it at the time of system startup?
