Constantly reboots

Slimline 260-a020
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Older mini desktop, Win10 Home, 64 bit, 6 GBs memory, 1 TB hard drive, AMD cpu.  Symptoms - randomly reboots, suspect AMD cpu issue.....??

After doing some research, suspected possible bios, driver and OS conflict.  Successfully updated bios and drivers.  Still happening.  Noticed the OS version was 1703.  Attempted to update via windows update - would not complete, would reboot in the process.  Used windows media creation and created a USB boot with the current OS, (v1809).  Boot off of the USB, installs OS fine, reboots, sets up devices and then says "getting ready", reboots and I get an error that the computer restarted unexpectedly,,,,, have to reinstall.  Tried it again, same result.  System is not under warranty.  Oh yah, I did run diagnostics days ago and all passed.  Is it toast???
