Product: HP Pavilion TouchSmart 20-f394 All-in-One Desktop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My PC had a bad BIOS update and won't boot.

The Windows key + B won't work because I had recently replaced the hard drive and reinstall Windows due to failure.

I attempted to reset the CMOS, but nothing happened

I downloaded the BIOS exe file from this website, but it won't let me create a recovery USB.

What am I supposed to do now?

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

You have done all there is to do to recover the BIOS.

 

HP factory service or finding a replacement motherboard may be the only options at this point.
