Product: HP Pavilion 21-h014 TouchSmart All-in-One Desktop PC (ENERGY STAR)

Please help,  I need the technical repair manual for the the HP 21 All-in-One Product No. F3D33AA#ABA Model No. 21-5014.  I also need info on possibly connecting an external monitor....

 

  Cpu gets warm, LED near the power port lights up, led on power button lights up,  BUT black screen. No start, no usb power, no bios,, No keyboard lights,
