Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having a challenge with HP Compaq Desktop, when switching it on instead of booting it is producing a black screen . I have removed all external devices and I  have restarted it several times but i am getting the same result. WhatsApp Image 2023-01-03 at 16.23.49.jpeg
