Hi
It appears your PC is out of main stream HP support. Can't check the specs of your PC.
I believe you will have to replace the storage drive. Reinstall Windows unless you have disk image backups.
Data may be recoverable if you can not mount the disk when you start your PC. You will have to remove this disk. Connect the disk to a different PC internally or use a SATA to HDD adapter.
You might be able to copy data from this disk to a host PC or external media.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
