Solved!

Default BIOS password HP Pavilion 570

HP Recommended
Pavilion 570-p050nd
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to get into the BIOS to fix startup issues but I have been unable to because it prompts me for a password.

I have already tried removing the CMOS battery for a few minutes, but this did not help.

What is the default BIOS password?

Hi:

See this link for how to clear the BIOS P/W.

Look under the I/O Ports & Jumpers section.
