Hi @Praveenrai, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Compaq LE2202x monitor powers off automatically every 30 minutes, try these troubleshooting steps:

Check Power Settings on the Monitor

  • Press the Menu button on the monitor.
  • Navigate to Power Settings or Management.
  • Look for Auto Sleep Mode or Power Saver Mode and turn it OFF.

Check Windows Power Settings

If your PC is turning off the display due to inactivity:

  • Open Control Panel > Power Options.
  • Click on Change plan settings for your active power plan.
  • Set Turn off display to Never or increase the time.

Check Power Cable & Connection

  • Ensure the power cable is securely connected.
  • Try using a different power cable and check if the issue persists.

Try a Different Power Outlet

  • Plug the monitor into a different wall socket to rule out power issues.

Check for Overheating

  • If the monitor gets too hot, it may shut down. Ensure proper ventilation.

Test the Monitor with Another PC

  • Connect your monitor to a different computer and see if the issue continues.

Factory Reset the Monitor

  • Go to Menu > Reset and select Factory Reset to restore default settings.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, the monitor may have a hardware issue, such as a failing power supply or capacitor problem. You will have to visit the service center for further assistance.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
