I am writing to report an issue with my HP desktop computer. Upon starting the system, the screen remains black with only a movable cursor visible. There is no access to the desktop, login screen, or any other functionality. This issue is preventing me from using the computer altogether. I kindly request your urgent assistance to resolve this matter. Please send your technician because this device needs to be serviced.

Hi @TAUKIR_2603,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
I understand how critical it is to have your HP desktop computer, the screen remains black with only a movable cursor visible. There is no access to the desktop, login screen, or any other functionality. This issue is preventing you from using the computer altogether. Despite your efforts, the problem persists,
Sorry to hear about this issue. To try and fix the issue, let's try a BIOS Restore on the Pc first and let me know if this helps to get the device back on.
BIOS Restore:
1) Shut down the computer, keep the USB Keyboard and Mouse plugged in.
2) Hold down the Windows and B buttons together while the computer is still turned off.
3) Turn on the computer and continue to hold the Windows and B buttons until a BIOS Recovery screen appears.
4) Follow the on-screen instructions and click on OK
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
