The light blinking is NOT good news. Was hoping this was a simple boot issue, but with that information, this sounds more serious.
These are usually Windows Update corruption problems but this does not sound like one
You'll probably have to do a complete reinstall to get it working again.
You can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.
The recovery drive can then be used to install Win10 and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.

Thanks for your valuable suggestions.One thing I must inform you that my PC suddenly turns on today behaves normally but in an hour screen turned black, connection goes off and led light start blinking again at 5 minutes space.Please help.
