I've just got a brand new computer. During start up HP/Windows asked if I wanted my informations kept for support. I answered no. Next screen says "Registrer og beskyt" - register and protect. It's frozen. I have tried to shut down - even removed the power cord - but it remains the same, when I turn on the computer. I cannot see what else, I can do ?!?

Sorry to hear this.
A brand new PC that freezes out of the box during setup usually has a hardware problem. Are you only connecting a keyboard, mouse, and monitor to the PC at setup?
I would return to seller for a refund/exchange ASAP.
