Boot device not found please install an operating system 3f0 desktop.
System Test: Hard disk/SSD drive issue (disk not detected, 3F0 error, OS not found, etc) do Pass.
Extensive Test also Pass
Setting settings to default does nothing to fix this issue.
Not sure what else to do.

Unless I am mistaken, you have an SSD boot drive probably 256gb size and a 1.0 TB mechanical hard drive (HDD) used for data.
Possibly your system is trying to boot the HDD instead of the SSD.
You mentioned you set defaults. I think you have to set defaults on every page, not just the first screen of the BIOS.
Check and set factory defaults on all page. Make sure secure boot is enabled.
The boot order should list "windows boot manager" and should not show "legacy" boot as it needs to be UEFI
If "windows boot manager" does not show up then look for the SSD which might be named samsung.
Please check your product ID. I am guessing it is 577J3AA#ABA
You mentioned you passed diagnostics but got a 3F0 error which indicates a bad drive. Was the drive identified? Was it the SDD or the HDD?
What caused the problem in the first place?
Power glitch?
Microsoft or HP update? Add a new device, memory, etc?
please report back and do not attempt any bios updates while there are problems.
