Product: HP Compaq Elite 8300 Base Model Convertible Minitower PC

So, my mother’s pc is going into basic system diags on boot, and it happens every time. I’ve ran both tests (HDD test and RAM test), and both pass just fine. Is there some reason it keeps popping up, or is there some way to disable it if nothing is wrong?
