As during the desktop installation it has asked me for Microsoft login and my all desktop system more than 10 registered under one email id. Please suggest this is fine to register all system under one email id?

Although one issue i found that the desktop is getting shared with all system. So one system user able to see other system desktop stuff. Now if one user is deleting anything from desktop 1 then its getting deleted from other system as well.

Please suggest what should id do to keep all system separate and don't share any data with each other.

Greetings @ksandeep

Welcome to the HP Forum.

Yes, all ten PCs are sharing the same user experience because the PCs are tied to one Microsoft Account sign in user ID and password.

You would have to configure a unique, standard, local user account for each PC user.

Go to Settings>Accounts>Account Settings.

You should be able to change each PC from a Microsoft account sign in to a local, standard user account sign in.

Regards
