Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Was using my desktop normally when all of a sudden it cut out, and told me that my disk was not bootable (SSD). I havent made any changes to hardware or even opened my computer up. It gives me the "3FO" error and in the BIOS settings, my two hard drives do not show up on either uefi or legacy mode and when i push F9 to pick where I want to boot from, it gives me no options but "UEFI Boot Options" or "Legacy Boot Options" and it wont let me select them. What should I do?
