Pavilion Wave 600-a110
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The HP Pavilion Wave 600-a110 desktop will not power up.  No fan or any noise.  The light on the power button blinks once every five seconds.  I tried holding the power button down for 15 seconds - nothing.  Unplugged it for 30 seconds and replugged - nothing.  Unplugged, hold power button down 15 seconds, replugged - nothing.  Plugged directly into wall outlet - nothing.  Is this a bad power supply?  Are there any tests to check the power supply?  Thanks.

wall jack AC dead, power pack bad.

there is  a start, the PSU is outside PC

if not this the PC needs big time service.

YES  THERE ARE BENCH TESTs for all PSU made for PC.

we load test them with 100watt load and see if they can hold , 18vdc, nor near loaded.  we have a real shop and real load bank testers and scopes to see if pack is making huge noise (bad caps inside) so sure.

but folks now with no lab or shop, must guess, with , a NEW PACK.

NO warranty answers by me.
