Product number: 9ED94AAR
Background: Bought this pc refurbished, about 2 months ago. No prior issues at all.
My pc won’t turn on, no noise or lights go on when I press the power button. I unplugged and plugged the power cable with what the virtual assistant advised. I also took out the other cables using the outlet and only the pc is plugged into the wall socket. Monitor will turn on, and other devices will turn on so I know it’s not the outlet itself.
Prior to it not turning back on, I did leave it on for a couple of hours to finish downloading a game if that might have to do with the problem.

@Gbalas95 -- try this:
- power-off your computer
- disconnect the power-cord
- press the on/off button for 5 seconds (to drain any residual power)
- remove the side-panel, to expose the motherboard
- locate the fans (inside back? on top of the heat-sink on top of the CPU).
- look for a lamp on the outside of the power-supply.
- look for a lamp on the motherboard.
- reconnect the power-cord.
- is the lamp on the outside of the power-supply now on?
- is the lamp on the motherboard now on?
- power-on the computer.
- do the fans start to spin, to indicate that the power-supply is supplying power to the fans.
- if your computer has a CD/DVD device, does pressing the open/close button cause the tray to open?
