it won’t turn on and anytime i try to turn it on the power light on the back flashes

HI,

 

A flashing power supply LED could indicate a external power supply problem.

 

Depress the power on button when the power supply is connected to the PC to try a reset.

 

Otherwise you may need to replace the power supply if this fails. The motherboard could also be in trouble.

 

Contact HP (Link) or other online sources (eBay, Newegg, or Amazon) for a replacement power supply.
