Did a restart and computer did’t completely restart. It froze at HP logo.

HP Recommended
HP Pav HPE h8-1260t Intel
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was doing a restart and it did not completely restart it stopped at the HP logo and froze. Can’t do anything.

Any suggestions from the community.

According to the specs I could find, your model PC came with Win7 preloaded, not Win10.  If yours is running Win10, as you indicated, you must have Upgraded it -- and that Upgrade is known to corrupt the Recovery information  -- and any attempted Reset after that is going to fail.
