reboot many times,
give it say 15min each
then power off 100% fully , no usb devices
cold booting it.
not from sleep mode ever. push power button for 10 full seconds
then release the button
get the spinning, dots (MS)?? are you, what is on the screen, if nada, cold boot it 3 time to wake up repair.
????
see 3 boots cold to fix any W10 PC and is OK let it but not not all day, just 15min, each or until it shows some propress
like (hit any key to end hdd tests) do not hit any KEY let it do that test, and may reboot.
w10 has vastly smarter self repair, but do not fear 3 times boots, or more, seen some take 6.
if still fail turn off fast startup. (google how) this cures the w10 image boot corrupted issue, and now boots ok.
