Product: OMEN by HP 45L Gaming Desktop PC GT22-0000a (4E978AV)

My computer is locked up. I need my recovery key to reset my PC. My hard drives are also locked up and it says I need a bit locker key which I don’t have and I never made.

The only way to recover your PCs BitLocker key would be if you had printed it out or exported it to your Microsoft account when you first set up your PC.

 

Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support

 

Without the key you will have to clean install Windows on the encrypted drive so you can use your PC again.
