Some can help me, Sir,

 

Downgrade Windows 10 to Windows 7, and I would like to format and access the bios but required a password? how to remove bios password or running the fresh OS win 10??

Hi:

 

See the service manual, chapter 8 pages 94 - 95 for how to do that.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide HP ProDesk 400 G4 Small Form Factor (SFF)

 

If removing the password jumper does not clear the password, then someone set the stringent security setting in the BIOS, which prevents removing the jumper from clearing the password.

 

There would be no way around that other than to replace the motherboard with one that doesn't have a BIOS P/W.
