I setup Ubuntu 22.04 in newly added disk in my PC. But, Ubuntu can't boot properly. Is there any limitation in BIOS settting. It is already disabled required setting such as secure boot, etc.

From the way that is worded, it seems that a new hard drive was added to the PC but no prevision was made to allow the new drive to be inserted in the boot sequence.
Assuming the drive is bootable from a cold start, you can select the new drive by using F9 immediately or tapping F10 immediately at startup.
If it proves difficult - then
Start tapping the Esc key BEFORE starting the PC and then press the start button.
Keep tapping the Esc key until a popup menu shows. Then pick Boot Device from that popup menu, F9
If you wish to not go through that each time you want Ubuntu, modify the boot loader to allow the choice at bootup. Many Ubuntu distros give instructions on how to do that using GRUB to modify the boot loader. It might already be part of the Ubuntu that is loaded, just using the above method to start in the Ubuntu and have a look at this
