Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Not sure if the fan is going bad or if it is a software issue ?

HP Recommended

Operating all fans at top speed for a second or two is normal startup behavior.  A message about the fan is not normal.

What does the message say?

Have you pressed ESC and run the HP diagnostic (if system has one)?
