Product: HP Compaq 8200 Elite Base Model Small Form Factor PC

My system while watching Youtube videos for 15 minutes video gone mad with horrizontal lines shakey. Could not even shut down no responce. Just powered off by pressing power key continusly. 

after some time tried rebooting. It booted but before complete boot cycle done and browser opended again same horizontal lines appeared and screen freezed. Powered off. Bought a HP mother board from Delhi market and replaced it. But even after 

changing HP Original mother board the condition remained same ..exactly same condition as it was. Power on LED on with ON status. HDD blinks for a sesond and No change. No video power ups . Nothing. after about a minute or two CPU FAN sounds loud no change in LED or boot status/
