Product: elitedesk mini 800 g5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We purchased about 30 elitedesk 800 g5 minis, a handful of them are having power issues.  Users call me and report that they can't remote desktop into their machines.  When I go and check the machine is powered down and I can't power it back up until I unplug it and plug it back in.  When I look at the system logs I see an event 6008 Critical  the  system rebooted w/o cleanly shutting down.  I don't see a consistent error prior to that.  This seems to be a defect in this model.  I tried changing the power supply but this doesn't resolve the issue.  Also the power buttons on these machines in general are lousy sometimes you have to press the button multiple times to get it work.
