HP Recommended

I acquired another 800 G2 Mini and I have had trouble getting a video signal output. It only has DP. I eventually connected a VGA cable and got video. As I have installed OS's and made BIOS changes the problem has come and gone. Just now I think the problem begins when I change secure boot options. There is no option in the latest BIOS to run SB and legacy options. When I change enable legacy and disable SB the display port will post. Is this normal? I've only learned this over some days of off and on trial. It seems like if I just load the defaults I don't have the issue. VGA always works and enables me to get into the BIOS when my monitor says no signal, but system is working in the background.

 

It does seem that if I use VGA to get into the BIOS restore factory defaults it works OK (at least I think it does).
