Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Elitedesk 800 g2 posting problem. Will not post when any usb device(mouse, keyboard) is plugged in. With no usb devices it boots into windows 10 fine.

Check in the BIOS for first boot device.  It could be set to the USB, which will cause the BIOS to try to boot from a USB device.

It verify the setting - Start tapping the Esc key BEFORE starting the PC and then press the start button.
Keep tapping the Esc key until a popup menu shows. Then pick F9.  Set the first boot option to the Hard drive.

thans for your time. This did not help. using bios n21.02.61 uefi. I disabled all usb boot options. Uefi and legacy.

The startup shows the Hp logo and freezes. I tried bios n02.60 with same results.
