Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for your answer and let me repeat the problem once again. I have The ((HP Elite Pad 900 G1 Tablet )) I was trying to re-install Windows 10 instead of a Windows 8 system. so I entered the settings and pressed the (SECURE ERASE) option and after that, I got the following problem Which I mentioned earlier :
Boot device not found,
please install an operating system on your hard disk.
Hard disk (3F0).
((and when I press F2 for System Diagnostics)) I have this:
The HP BIOS Application selected is corrupt or missing. Please install the application and try again
BIOS Application Error (501)
thank all

You used Secure Erase and cleaned Windows off the hard drive- so it is not bootable unless you boot from a Windows installation on usb drive or dvd to install Windows.
The F2 error is due to no HP_Tools partition. I suppose Secure Erase cleaned that off hard drive also.
How did you plan to install Windows 10?

Hi
AFAIK when I install W10 I don't have/get the Secure Erase option. However...

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F1YcpMrxJNQ
may help.
because it is a BIOS problem using F2 is not the best place, F10 maybe.
Repeating your problem without adding any useful steps you have taken to resolve it is not very encouraging.
3F0 could mean your hard disk has failed and needs replacing.
To wipe the (U)EFI is unusual, but achievable with...
rm-rf / removes all the files
and UEFI variables, which is
not a Microsoft method.
BYE.
