I reset my computer and now it’s asking to “enter administration password or power on password” I don’t k ow what the password is, I tried looking up the password on the bios-ow.org and the code it gives me it dosent let me type the whole password. HELP!!

When asked for the password just hit enter 3 times.

Okay that code took me to another screen that now showing 

“Boot device not found

please install an operating system on your hard disk.”

Power-on and start tapping the (esc) key or (f10)

 

Run the HDD Diag/Tests.

 

Then start a new post here with the results of the tests.

Hi I ran the two test that it showed which was a memory test and a storage test and they bought said pass
