Product: HP COMPAQ 8000 ELITE SFF

Hi, I'm facing a problem with the HP Compaq 8000
Elite sff, where when I turn on the computer when it
starts it asks for this "Enter Power-on Password"
this password was never set so I can not get past
this screen, I tried the methods that are in the
forum to reset the password using the green jumper,
but without success, I need a lot of help with this
machine from a client
